Can I return my order?

Because all MINI NIUNIU pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email customerservice@mininiuniu.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos/videos, and—if available—your unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Each product is handcrafted after confirmation. Your order will ship within 7 business days after the order is confirmed for production. You will receive tracking details by email when it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order before production is confirmed—typically within 24 hours after purchase. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled. If a cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original method within 3–5 business days (your bank may take extra time to post it).

My package was lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. What should I do?

Transit issues are not covered by our return/refund policy. If you purchased SEEL’s Worry-Free Delivery at checkout, submit a claim via the link in your order confirmation email—SEEL will handle compensation or replacement according to its terms. If you did not purchase SEEL protection, we can assist you in contacting the carrier to investigate, but MINI NIUNIU is not responsible for compensation related to carrier delays, loss, or damage.

Which items are non-returnable?

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review all order details carefully before checkout.

How are refunds processed?

If a cancellation or quality-issue return is approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Porcelain Bowl

Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent.
Avoid metal scrubbers or abrasive cleaners to protect the glaze.
Dishwasher safe on a gentle cycle; hand washing is recommended to preserve luster.
Do not microwave or expose to sudden temperature changes.

Resin-Stone Base

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth; dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Do not soak or submerge in water for extended periods.
Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or alcohol-based cleaners.
Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
The base is for support only and is not intended for direct food contact.

Use & Safety Tips

Place on a stable, level surface away from edges to prevent tipping.
Attach or replace protective pads as needed to protect delicate tabletops.
Small variations in color and texture are inherent to hand-poured and hand-polished pieces.
Inspect regularly; discontinue use if you notice cracks, chips, or severe impact marks.
