Welcome to MINI NIUNIU! By visiting our store or purchasing our sculptural petware, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2 THE SIGNATURE OF THE HAND
Each MINI NIUNIU piece is individually hand-cast in our studio. Microscopic air bubbles, subtle textural variations, or artisan marks are natural signatures of the artisanal process. These unique traits highlight the individuality of your piece and do not constitute manufacturing defects or grounds for returns.
3 STUDIO DISPATCH & TRANSIT
Batch Releases: In-stock items typically dispatch within 2-3 business days.
Transit Timelines: Once dispatched via tracked priority transit, delivery to the U.S. typically takes 5-8 business days. Duties & Taxes: All listed prices for U.S. orders include import duties; there are no hidden fees upon arrival.
4 THE "ARRIVE PERFECT" PROMISE
We provide a Pristine Arrival Guarantee. If your piece suffers transit damage, contact customerservice@mininiuniu.com within 5 days with photos. We will arrange an immediate, complimentary replacement from our current batch.
5 CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Cancellations: Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the batch has not yet entered dispatch.
Returns: Due to the artisanal and limited-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns for changes of mind. Returns are limited to verified transit damage or structural defects.
6 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, imagery, and text are the exclusive property of MINI NIUNIU. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
