This Shipping Policy outlines how your order is processed, produced, and delivered. We are committed to providing a clear, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for every customer.

Each MINI NIUNIU piece is made to order and handcrafted with care. Production begins only after your order is confirmed, allowing us to maintain consistent quality and attention to detail in every piece.


1. Order Processing & Production

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours, as long as production has not yet begun.
Once an order enters production, it can no longer be changed or canceled, regardless of time elapsed.

Production status is determined by our internal workflow and preparation stage.

Production Time

Production begins after payment confirmation and typically takes up to 7 business days.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, production time may be extended slightly. If delays occur, we will notify you accordingly.

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are shown in business days and begin after dispatch, not during production.

Notes:
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
Promotional shipping upgrades (such as complimentary Fast Track Shipping) may be offered during campaigns and do not affect production timelines.


3. Duties & Import Taxes (U.S. Orders)

All U.S. orders include customs duties and import taxes in the listed price.
There are no additional charges upon delivery.


4. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Please note that tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Limited updates during the initial transit stage are normal and do not indicate an issue.


5. Shipping Risks, Damages & Missing Items

After dispatch, packages are handled by the carrier during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
An unboxing video is strongly recommended, as it helps us assess the situation more efficiently.

We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation and, where applicable, offer support options such as replacement or resolution based on the carrier’s findings.
