1. Order Processing
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours before production begins. After this period, your order will automatically move into production and cannot be changed or canceled.
Production Time
Production begins after payment confirmation and typically takes up to 7 business days. Once completed, your order will be shipped and tracking information will be provided by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Fees
Choose the method that best suits your needs:

4. Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your package is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
5. Shipping Risks & Damages
Once your package is in transit, it is handled by the carrier. Transit issues such as delays, loss, or damage are not covered under our return or refund policy.

Our team will assist you in contacting the carrier to open an investigation and seek a resolution. Please note that MINI NIUNIU is not responsible for compensation related to carrier delays or damage.
