Refund & Return Policy

Each MINI NIUNIU piece is handcrafted and made to order. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges in specific, verifiable situations outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

We only support returns or exchanges for the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects / quality issues verified by our team; or
  • Incorrect item or missing component caused by our fulfillment error.

2. Transit-Related Shipping Issues

Note: Transit-related issues (including delay, loss, or damage during shipping) are not handled as standard returns or refunds.

If a transit issue occurs, MINI NIUNIU will assist in contacting the carrier to initiate an investigation and, where applicable, provide support options such as replacement or resolution based on the carrier’s findings.


3. How to Request a Return

If you believe your item has a verified quality defect or was fulfilled incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care team within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@mininiu.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • If available, your unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.


4. Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours, as long as production has not yet begun.

Once an order enters production, it can no longer be changed or canceled, regardless of time elapsed. Production status is determined by our internal workflow.


5. Refund Process

If a return or cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If a replacement is approved, a new piece will be crafted; please allow approximately 7 business days for production after approval, before dispatch.


6. Shipping Issues (Transit Damage / Delay / Loss)

If your order arrives damaged in transit, appears lost, or experiences significant delays, please contact customerservice@mininiuniu.com within 5 days of the most recent tracking update or delivery.

Our team will assist in contacting the carrier, providing necessary documentation, and supporting the claim process. Any resolution will be determined based on the carrier’s investigation results.

Please retain all original packaging and documentation for reference.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order items (except approved cases of verified quality defects or incorrect fulfillment)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
