Return Policy
Each MINI NIUNIU piece is handcrafted and made to order. Due to the customized nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for the following situations:
- Manufacturing defects / quality issues verified by our team; or
- Incorrect item or missing component caused by our fulfillment error.
Note: Transit issues (delays, loss, or damage during shipping) are not covered by our return or refund policy. If a transit issue occurs, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to open an investigation.
How to Request a Return
If you believe your item has a quality defect or was fulfilled incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care team within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@mininiuniu.com. Include your order number, clear photos/videos, and—if available—your unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, before production begins. Once confirmed for production, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Refund Process
If your return or cancellation is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If you choose a replacement, a new piece will be crafted; please allow approximately 7 business days for production after approval.
Shipping Issues (Transit Damage/Delay/Loss)
If your order arrives damaged in transit, appears lost, or is significantly delayed, please email customerservice@mininiuniu.com within 5 days of the last tracking update or delivery. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and provide necessary materials for the claim. MINI NIUNIU is not responsible for compensation related to carrier-caused issues.
