Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy. You have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and dispatch the piece back to our studio.

Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition, complete with all parts, and meticulously repacked in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required.

Return Process

Please initiate your return request by contacting us at customerservice@mininiuniu.com, where we will provide you with specific transit details. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping & Restocking Fees

For returns not related to product quality, all return and exchange international shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additionally, a nominal $5 USD restocking fee will be applied to each return and deducted directly from your final refund to cover studio processing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for reasons outside of our control (such as a change of mind or preference). The fastest way to ensure you receive the piece you desire is to return the original item following the process above. Once the return is approved, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.

Defects & Studio Guarantee

We are committed to the structural and aesthetic integrity of our pieces. If you believe your received item possesses a genuine manufacturing defect, or if the studio dispatched the incorrect variant, please contact us immediately (within the 5-day window). Upon verification of a studio error or transit damage, we will provide a complimentary replacement or return. You will not incur any additional fees, and all associated transit costs will be fully covered by the studio.

Exceptions & Rejections

When determining return eligibility, the following strict exceptions apply:

  • Hygiene Standards: Returns are only accepted for unused, undamaged items in their original state. Items showing any signs of dirt, pet hair, saliva, or other environmental contaminants are strictly ineligible for a return and will be rejected.
  • Pet or Human Damage: We are not responsible for defects or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or usage in unsuitable conditions. Damage caused by a pet (such as chewing or scratching) or improper storage does not constitute a manufacturing defect and is strictly excluded from our policy. If your piece is damaged by a pet, we recommend considering local repair options, or you may contact us for assistance in finding a suitable replacement.
  • Material Characteristics: Our architectural bases are crafted using Architectural Cast Stone. Small air bubbles, micro-pores, or slight variations in surface texture are standard occurrences in the manual casting process. They do not impact structural integrity and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Refund Processing

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return package, informing you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund (minus your return shipping costs and the $5 USD restocking fee) will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
