1. Can I return my order?
Because all MINI NIUNIU pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email customerservice@mininiuniu.com within 5 days of delivery. Provide your order number, clear photos/videos, and—if available—your unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. How long does it take to ship my order?
Each product is handcrafted after confirmation. Your order will ship within 7 business days after the order is confirmed for production. You’ll receive tracking by email when it ships. Standard delivery typically arrives within 10–15 business days.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order before production is confirmed—typically within 24 hours after purchase (orders are usually queued for production the next day). Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled. If a cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original method within 3–5 business days (your bank may take extra time to post it).
4. My package was lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. What should I do?
Transit issues are not covered by our return/refund policy. Please email customerservice@mininiuniu.com within 5 days of delivery or the last tracking update. We will assist you in contacting the carrier to open an investigation and provide any materials needed for the claim. MINI NIUNIU is not responsible for compensation related to carrier delays, loss, or damage. Please retain all packaging and take clear photos/videos of the issue.
5. Which items are non-returnable?
Customized / made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (except approved cases of quality defects or incorrect fulfillment). Please review all order details carefully before checkout.
6. How are refunds processed?
If a cancellation or quality-issue return is approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If a replacement is approved, please allow about 7 business days for production.
