01 Can I return or exchange my order? ⌄
Each MINI NIUNIU piece is handcrafted and made to order, so we don’t accept returns for non-quality reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at customerservice@mininiuniu.com with your order number and clear photos or videos. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution based on the situation.
02 When will my order ship? ⌄
Production begins after your order is confirmed and typically takes up to 7 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected.
03 Can I change or cancel my order? ⌄
You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours, as long as production has not yet begun.
Once confirmed for production, the order can no longer be changed or canceled. Production status is determined by our internal workflow. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
04 What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged? ⌄
Shipping issues such as delays, loss, or transit damage aren’t handled as standard returns or refunds.
If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery or the latest tracking update. We’ll help you reach the carrier, open an investigation, and provide the necessary support based on the carrier’s findings.
Please keep all original packaging and documentation.
05 Which items are not eligible for return? ⌄
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
— Made-to-order items (except verified quality issues)
— Sale or discounted items
— Gift cards
06 How are refunds handled? ⌄
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If a replacement is approved, a new piece will be crafted, with production typically taking around 7 business days.
