At MINI NIUNIU, we believe that the spatial logic of pet living should be as refined as classical architecture. Our logistical flow is designed to preserve this aesthetic integrity across borders.
1. Shipping Destinations
We provide complimentary shipping exclusively to the United States, Canada, and Australia. To ensure the secure arrival of your items, we require a physical residential or business address. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
2. Customs & Duties
Our studio covers all shipping costs and prepays all import duties and international taxes for you. We handle the cross-border logistics so you can simply enjoy the aesthetic without any unexpected fees upon delivery.
3. Studio Verification & Dispatch
Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality inspection and reinforced architectural packaging within 1–2 days. In the event of a dispatch delay due to peak demand or special circumstances, our studio will notify you in advance via email.
4. Shipping Timelines
Estimated transit times vary strictly by our established logistical lanes:

5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate and comprehensive at checkout. The studio is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any address modifications requested after dispatch will incur additional carrier fees, billed at the actual cost.
6. Transit Protection
Every order is fully insured during its journey to your home. If any transit-related issues or damages occur, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation and work closely with the carrier to resolve the situation as swiftly as possible.
7. Order Tracking
Real-time tracking is emailed the moment your piece leaves our atelier. You can monitor your delivery status at any time via our Studio Tracking Portal.
8. Studio Returns
