A CHRONICLE OF OUR ONGOING RENAISSANCE.

What We’re Working On

From Our Studio

We don't just "source"; we reconstruct. This page is a living record of every rejection, every prototype, and every architectural decision we’ve made since the beginning.

It is the history of MINI NIUNIU, written in the marks of time

Currently In Progress & NEWS

  • Global Expansion Research

We are dedicating the coming weeks
to the complex research of international fulfillment
    and regional standards.

Preparing to bring the Pet Renaissance
    to new territories,
    with the care it deserves.

  • Up Next

The studio is moving beyond the vessel.

In April, we officially apply our architectural logic
to the broader spectrum of pet living.
From structural loungers to wearable geometry,
    we are reconstructing everyday essentials
through the lens of High Renaissance order.

Following our cycle of meticulous rejection and iteration,
    these upcoming archive pieces transition
    from prototype to ready-to-ship batches—

    Ensuring the MINI NIUNIU integrity
is preserved in every new form.

Progress Log

  • February 2026

Reconstructing the Kennel and Collar Logic.
We are currently in the deep laboratory phase—moving beyond simple sourcing to refine original prototypes through a cycle of meticulous rejection and iteration. Good things demand the luxury of time.

  • January 2026

Transitioning our fulfillment model. We moved from made-to-order to ready-to-ship batches, ensuring that the delivery experience matches the integrity of the objects we create.

  • December 2025

Expanding the palette. Introduced new colorways for Volume I: The Classical Relief and finalized promotional materials for the upcoming Vaulted Spire collection.

  • November 2025

Material optimization. We transitioned our base material to high-grade luminous epoxy resin, achieving a superior finish and aesthetic weight that porcelain alone could not reach.

  • October 2025

The official launch of MINI NIUNIU website. Months of mold optimization and FDA-grade safety testing for our ceramic bowls culminated in this first step of the Pet Renaissance.

  • September 2025

Trial production and packaging. We began the relentless process of hands-on inspection for every Roma-style batch and initiated the Shopify storefront development.

  • August 2025

Prototyping the Gothic-style collection. The first 3D-printed forms allowed us to feel the proportions in real-world spaces, leading to a complete redesign of the base structure for better stability.

  • July 2025

Color stability research. We obsessed over the glaze and texture balance, ensuring that our Gothic-style direction would hold its visual integrity under diverse interior lighting.

  • JUNE 2025

Entering the trial production phase. We spent weeks testing the texture and weight balance of our initial forms, rejecting anything that felt like a "mass-produced container".

  • MAY 2025

Surface and glaze experimentation. This was a month of chemistry and art, exploring how classical architectural details translate into small-batch porcelain production.

  • APRIL 2025

Scale adjustments based on hands-on testing. We realized that modern interior spaces demand a specific dialogue between the pet's movement and the object's form.

  • MARCH 2025

Direction confirmed. The Roma-style collection moved into early structural testing, focusing on how classical arches provide natural stability without compromising elegance.

  • FEBRUARY 2025

The First Spark. Initial exploration of Roma-style forms. We began questioning the size, proportion, and spatial logic of pet objects, leading to the birth of MINI NIUNIU.

Design-Led Pet Living

We’ve gradually realized that what we’re building goes beyond individual pet products. Our focus has shifted toward design-led pet living — where pet objects are considered part of the home, not separate accessories.

Rather than designing exclusively for function or decoration, we approach each piece with spatial awareness: proportion, material presence, and how it quietly lives within a shared environment.

The pet bowl happens to be where this exploration begins, but the thinking itself extends beyond a single object — toward a more integrated way of living with pets.
