Studio Dispatch (2-3 Business Days): Once your order is confirmed, our studio requires a buffer for final quality inspection and artisanal packaging。
Insured Transit (5-8 Days): Priority delivery to the U.S. typically takes 5-8 business days。This transit window commences only once your piece leaves our studio and a tracking number is issued。
We absorb all import duties, ensuring a seamless arrival with no hidden fees。
02 What is the "Signature of the Hand"? ⌄
Each MINI NIUNIU base is hand-cast from premium resin。Microscopic air bubbles or subtle textural variations are natural signatures of this artisanal process。
These traits highlight the unique life of your sculptural piece and are not considered manufacturing defects。
03 Can I return or exchange my order? ⌄
Because each set is finished specifically for your batch, we cannot accept returns for general changes of mind。
However, if your piece arrives with verified damage, contact us within 5 days at customerservice@mininiuniu.com with photos。We will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement。
04 Can I change or cancel my order? ⌄
You may request modifications within 24 hours of purchase, provided the batch has not yet entered the dispatch phase。
Once an order is handed over to our transit partners, the order becomes final。Approved refunds for cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days。
05 What if my piece is damaged during transit? ⌄
We provide the "Pristine Arrival" guarantee。Every shipment is fully insured against international travel。
If anything is not perfect, we will prioritize a replacement from our current batch—bypassing lengthy carrier investigations。
06 Are there any items that are Final Sale? ⌄
Yes. To ensure hygiene and studio integrity, the following are final sale:
— Hand-cast Resin & Ceramic sets (unless damaged during transit)

The Signature of the Hand: Each base is individually hand-cast in our studio. Microscopic air bubbles, subtle textural variations, or artisan marks on the underside are natural signatures of this artisanal process. These unique traits highlight the individuality of your piece and are not considered manufacturing defects.

- Gravity Anchor: The 3.8 lbs weighted base is engineered for extreme stability, ensuring a silent and steady meal that won't slide or flip.
- Effortless Maintenance: The 1380°C high-fire porcelain core lifts out easily for refilling. The resin base can be maintained with a simple wipe of a soft, damp cloth.
Care Instructions for Longevity
- Porcelain Core: Fully dishwasher and microwave-safe. Avoid metal utensils that may scratch the non-porous surface.
- Resin Base: Wipe clean only with a soft damp cloth. To preserve its luminous finish, do not submerge or place in a dishwasher. Keep away from direct sunlight or extreme heat to prevent discoloration.
Safety & Handling
- Placement: Always place your piece on a stable, level surface. Avoid high or narrow ledges where it may be accidentally knocked over.
- Fragility: While durable, handle with the care a sculptural piece deserves. Resin and porcelain may chip or crack if dropped.
