Can I return my order?

Because all MINI NIUNIU pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email customerservice@mininiuniu.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos/videos, and—if available—your unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Each product is handcrafted after confirmation. Your order will ship within 7 business days after the order is confirmed for production. You will receive tracking details by email when it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order before production is confirmed—typically within 24 hours after purchase. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled. If a cancellation is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original method within 3–5 business days (your bank may take extra time to post it).

My package was lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. What should I do?

Transit issues are not covered by our return/refund policy. If you purchased SEEL’s Worry-Free Delivery at checkout, submit a claim via the link in your order confirmation email—SEEL will handle compensation or replacement according to its terms. If you did not purchase SEEL protection, we can assist you in contacting the carrier to investigate, but MINI NIUNIU is not responsible for compensation related to carrier delays, loss, or damage.

Which items are non-returnable?

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review all order details carefully before checkout.

How are refunds processed?

If a cancellation or quality-issue return is approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

About This Piece

This set includes a high-fired porcelain bowl and a resin-stone base.

The porcelain is fired at around 1200°C for a refined, food-safe finish that meets FDA standards for everyday use. The base combines eco-resin with natural stone powder for a stable, grounded feel. Its sealed surface can be maintained with a soft damp cloth.

How to Use

Designed for daily feeding at home.
The porcelain bowl lifts out easily for refilling or cleaning.
The base stays steady to help reduce sliding during meals.

Care Instructions

Porcelain Bowl: Dishwasher- and microwave-safe; stain-resistant and easy to clean. Avoid metal utensils that may scratch the surface.
Resin Base: Wipe clean only with a soft damp cloth. Do not submerge or place in a dishwasher. Keep away from direct sunlight or high heat. Avoid heavy scrubbing to protect the surface seal.

Outer Packaging

The outer carton is made from recyclable corrugated cardboard. Keep away from heat and open flame, and recycle with paper materials where available.

Inner Padding

The inner padding is EPE (expanded polyethylene): lightweight, shock-absorbing, and recyclable. After unboxing, store it properly or dispose of it at a plastic recycling point if your area accepts it. Keep it away from pets and children to avoid accidental ingestion or play.
